We welcomed @rambertdance @rambertschool to Eastlea to lead choreography workshops with our Year 9 and Year 11 students. The sessions were high energy and inspiring, with students showing excellent focus, enthusiasm and progress throughout the day.
We were very fortunate to work with such... a prestigious dance school, and it was clear how much our students enjoyed the experience.
Our Year 11 students attended a Masterclass Study Day at @QMUL, taking part in higher level maths sessions, a campus tour and a Q&A with undergraduates.
A brilliant insight into university life, with students representing us confidently and positively throughout.
Our Student Council led a poster competition this autumn focused on the power of words and kindness.
Congratulations to Khelsea, chosen as the overall winner by our Executive Headteacher. Her design will be displayed around the school.

This autumn, our Student Council led a powerful poster competition focused on the impact of words and the importance of kindness.
After judging a brilliant range of entries, five finalists were selected, with the overall winner chosen by our Executive Headteacher, Ms Morgan. ...Congratulations to Khelsea in Year 9, whose simple yet striking design truly reflected our school value of kindness.
The winning poster will be displayed around the school, with Khelsea receiving a great prize.
Well done to everyone who took part.
Just before the end of term, we hosted our annual Winter Concert, showcasing incredible student talent across our music ensembles and Year 11 soloists. We were proud to collaborate with Newham Community Learning partner school (@ncltrust) @Rokeby_School
for the first time.
Just before the end of term, we hosted our annual Winter Concert, a brilliant showcase of our students’ musical talent.
From ensemble performances to outstanding Year 11 solos, the evening was a real celebration of music and teamwork.
We were also proud to welcome Newham Community ...Learning partner school, Rokeby, for our first cross school collaboration, with more to come.
Thank you to all the students, staff and families who made the night so special.

The NCL Debate Tournament was tough, full of energy, and even included karaoke. Thanks to @JamesAsser for judging the final debate.
Well done to all schools & huge congrats to our Lister team for taking first place! 🏆
