" The Write for Rights event was absolutely fantastic. The children leading the event were such positive role models for our Year 5s – smart, well-presented, and confident in presenting such an important issue. They supported all the groups in developing their ideas, helping with writing messages and resources, and responded brilliantly to feedback. They are an absolute credit to Eastlea. "

Our students took part in a textiles workshop at the @young_vam Studios with a textile artist in residence.
They experimented with fabric manipulation using recycled materials and created their own pieces while learning about contemporary practice.
