Curriculum Promise
At Eastlea, we believe education is far more than what happens in the classroom. Our Curriculum Promise is our commitment that every student, every year, will benefit from at least one visit, activity, event or experience beyond the normal curriculum. This can be anything from a museum or theatre trip, to an outdoor visit, a show, a conference, or a community project – designed to build cultural capital, enrich student wellbeing, and open doors to possibilities they might not otherwise have had access to.
We know that for many people in our community, accessing such opportunities independently can be difficult, whether because of time, cost, or other barriers. The Curriculum Promise ensures that these barriers do not limit what our students can experience, learn, and achieve.
Our Curriculum Promise is not just a commitment – it is part of who we are at Eastlea. It reflects our values and vision, and ensures that every student has access to opportunities that expand their horizons, build their character and equip them for the future.
We believe in opening doors, challenging limits, supporting every child – so that each and every student can Engage, Commit, and Succeed.
