Tracking Rewards and Behaviour Points

We expect the best from our students at Eastlea and while enrolled in our school your child is required to follow our code of conduct ‘Eastlea Expects’. Students are reminded of these values at the start of each day to ensure each student is ready to learn and achieve.

You can click on this link to access a copy of Eastlea-Expects

A copy of our  Behaviour Policy can be found here.

Eastlea Community School uses Go4Schools to:

  • record and monitor your child’s achievement and behaviour points;
  • set and record homework.
  • Set and manage detentions

Rewards

At Eastlea Community School, we believe that students should be rewarded for hard work and excellent behaviour often. There are lots of different ways students can be rewarded within school. The most common way a member of staff will praise a student is by logging a positive behaviour point on Go4Schools. Parents can see these points in real time using the Go4Schools App. Praise points are also monitored by Year teams and each milestone is marked by a reward, some of which include:

  1. Bronze, silver and gold stars.
  2. Letter home signed by Achievement Leader.
  3. Certificate home signed by Deputy Headteacher behaviour.
  4. Congratulations letter from the Headteacher.
  5. Lunchtime rewards club.
