Rights & Equalities in Newham (REIN) is a charity that works to promote equality, opportunity, justice and good relations between persons of different racial groups.

This organisation has secured funding from the London Borough of Newham to extend their summer programme offer to young people aged 11-19 and based in Plaistow. They are now offering a range of activities including sports, self-defence, music, art, films, mentoring and employability support.

Food is provided and all activities take place with Covid-19 security measures in place. Sessions take place at their youth centre, the Mix, as well as at nearby outdoor venues.

Summer programme activities run throughout August and young people attend part-time in small groups (under/over 16s) – details provided post-referral.

They are accepting referrals of individual young people or groups, including self-referrals with parental consent.
